Najczęściej na tym etapie spotykamy się z Państwem w miejscu inwestycji przeznaczonej do aranżacji.
2. Wycena
Po spotkaniu wysyłamy do klienta szczegółową wycenę, która obejmuje kosztorys poszczególnych etapów naszej pracy.
Po akceptacji wyceny – podpisujemy umowę.
3. Współpraca z architektem wnętrz
Dokładna inwentaryzacja wnętrza…
4. Układ funkcjonalny
Wysyłamy propozycje funkcjonalnego układu poszczególnych pomieszczeń
(2-3 propozycje). Są to rysunki 2D – rzuty z góry.
Wówczas zazwyczaj spotykamy się z Państwem, aby przedyskutować wysłane propozycje i wprowadzić ewentualne zmiany w układzie funkcjonalnym.
5. Projekty
Po akceptacji konkretnego rozwiązania funkcjonalnego oraz przestrzennego danego wnętrza, możemy przystąpić do sporządzenia dokładnych rysunków dla wykonawców:
- rysunki zmian budowlanych (burzenie lub dostawienie ścianek i zabudów g-k), wytyczne do instalacji elektrycznej, hydraulicznej
- rozmieszczenie punktów świetlnych
- rysunki sufitów podwieszanych
- rysunki zabudów meblowych dla stolarza
zabudowy komików itp.
Rysunki te są dostarczone do Państwa w formie elektronicznej oraz na papierze.
6. Wybrane wnętrza
Istnieje możliwość indywidualnego zaprojektowania tylko wybranych pomieszczeń tj. salonów, kuchni, jadalni, łazienek, sypialni, pokojów dla dzieci, pokojów młodzieżowych…
